Do you have to think of a time to stop smoking?
Some people believe that it is time to stop smoking when they are convinced it is bad for health or when some bad effects are felt. At times people decide that they would stop smoking after this pack or stick and that stick or pack never comes. Most smokers plan to stop smoking but do not really try in spite of realizing that their teeth are stained, fingers have turned yellow and they have started coughing.
People who are smokers know that it is harmful for healths decide that they would quit smoking when they get a job or when they get married or when they have their first child etc. At times a small incident occurs which greatly affects the smoker and he or she gives up smoking. People must understand that it is not necessary to go through such an incident to quit smoking.
Some people do not realize the need to quit smoking even after experiencing the effects of smoking. They have breathing trouble, pain in the chest, harsh voice, coughing etc but they are not ready to quit smoking.
The sad thing is that people who suffer from disease related to smoking do not accept that it is due this and they continue to smoke. A chain smoker had bronchitis. His doctor told him that he should quit smoking. He did not agree, he stayed from dust, avoided taking cold stuffs, and prevented himself from all possible reasons except smoking. There was no improvement in his health instead he got worse. It was then he realized that it was time to quit smoking. Will you quit smoking so late?
There are people who quit smoking when they finally get disease like heart problem.
Smoking is a silent killer and it will not spare you. When you get the first warning take it as the last one, quit smoking immediately. If you are too late your next puff might be your last breath.
